Lyn's path to property runs through some of the most demanding financial environments in the world. Graduated with an Honours Degree in Economics from NUS, she began her career as a Financial Analyst with MINDEF before moving into oil trading, specialising in imports to China and paper trading. She specialised in imports to China and paper trading, operating in markets where capital moves fast, margins are unforgiving and the cost of misreading a signal is immediate. She then spent close to a decade based in the United States, actively participating in the stock market and developing a sensitivity to how capital behaves across different economic climates and interest rate cycles.
That training shaped how she reads Singapore's property market today. Analytical, pressurised and internationally calibrated, her approach to landed real estate is built on the same rigour she applied to global commodity and equity markets. Lyn interprets market signals, assesses entry and exit timing, and translates complex conditions into clear, actionable recommendations. It is a skill she brought to property, not one she developed inside it.
Her focus is Singapore's landed residential segment, where precision matters most and the financial stakes are at their highest. Her clients include seasoned property investors who have navigated multiple market cycles, discerning homeowners making their most significant financial move, and families planning not just for the property they are acquiring today but for the wealth it will represent across the next generation. Every recommendation Lyn makes is grounded in economics, real-time market data and more than twenty years of personal investment experience in Singapore real estate.
