So there are a total of 9 houses. We have four Inter Terrace houses, two Corner Terrace houses, two Semi-Ds and one Detached Bungalow – which is the biggest one here – and boasts a land size of more than 5,400 square feet. One Semi-D has already been sold and one Corner Terrace has been reserved. But don't worry, the remaining seven houses still remain an excellent value, and are available up for grabs.
The Inter Terrace houses have a land size from approximately 1,600 sqft while the Corner Terrace and Semi-D houses have a land size from approximately 2100 sqft. For the Detached, Semi-D and Corner Terrace, it comes with a nice sunken swimming pool where you can exercise, do laps, have the kids play it in or simply dip inside during a hot day. If for some reason you do not want a swimming pool, you can still opt for the Inter Terrace which has a considerable build up size from 5,470 square feet to 5,576 square feet. In our experience, we think that it is because they have perfected all of today's standard requirements when it comes to landed houses in Singapore. So it doesn't matter if you want to buy an old house to build your own, or simply want a ready-to-move-in brand new house. What should you look out for?
Firstly, you need to include two big-sized rooms – and usually these would mean the master bedroom plus a junior master bedroom. Put them at the front of the house so you get to enjoy the best views, with big windows to let ample light in. Plus point if you can step out to enjoy the full-height sliding windows to a balcony or roof terrace.
Next, we look at the size of the common bedrooms and whether they have ensuite bathrooms. Here, even the guest room comes with an ensuite bath!
